We do our very best to maintain our posted production schedule. However, humans work here, no robots or automation. So it is possible we may slip up and miss something.

If your order has not shipped by the estimated ship date based on the product’s production time, please send us a message immediately.

If your order has shipped, tracking information was sent to you by email. Once your package leaves our hands, it becomes a carrier issue. We will do our best to help you locate it, but we can not control delivery times.

Most promotions apply automatically at checkout. If you have a discount code, gift card code or coupon it has to be entered in the box which states ‘Coupon code’. Enter your promotion code and click the Apply Coupon button.

Yes but creating an account is really simple to do and once you’re set up you’ll be able to check out faster, save frequent addresses, track your orders and be the first to hear about competitions, offers and discounts.

Our site currently uses Paypal’s credit / debt transaction process. You can also pay directly with paypal.

Large orders have options but most will be converted to a custom product on our site and we will send the direct link.

Rush service is available.

Most products will require a vector image. We currently accept .eps, .ai, .cdr, .svg, vector .pdf.

For some products, raster images are acceptable. .jpg, .psd, .gif, .png

For all files, the higher the resolution, the better the end result.

We do offer file conversions for a fee.

We offer tracing and drawing services for a fee.

Many products can be matched using your preferred PMS colors.

If PMS matching is imperative, please inform us.

For general color matching, please remember that all monitors are different and many of us see color differently when it comes to hues and color saturation.

We will do our best to find something both sides relate to, to match color as close as possible.
